1. 30-Day Return Guarantee

We stand behind the biochemical potency and formulation purity of every product we supply. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or fails to meet expected specifications, you are eligible for a full refund or direct exchange within 30 days of delivery.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a seamless return:

    Products must be in their original packaging with security seals intact (unless reporting a manufacturing defect).Proof of purchase or your Order Reference ID (e.g. ORD-xxxx) must be submitted.Return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the date of package delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For public health and pharmaceutical safety reasons, unsealed temperature-sensitive biological compounds or custom compounded prescription formulas cannot be restocked once delivered, unless damaged during transit.

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected at our distribution facility, approved refunds are credited back to your original payment card via Paystack within 3 to 5 business days.
